When will my order be processed?
We process orders from Monday to Friday and normally take between 3 and 5 days to be shipped once payment is received.
Please understand that we may take a few more days if the order is purchased during the weekend or during the festive period
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order is processed, shipments usually take between 3 and 7 business days depending on the area of the country.
There may be slight variations depending on the location, but you will have at your disposal a tracking number of your order at all times. Some orders may suffer a delay in delivery, due to problems with customs. If after 31 days you do not receive the product, please contact us. All contact details are in the “contact” section.
If after 60 days you do not receive your product. We will refund 100% of the product quantity
Can I receive extra taxes on my order?
Depending on the local laws of your country, your order may be subject to an extra tax charge.
Normally, this is not usually the case because our products do not exceed a sufficient monetary value to be able to add taxes to them, however we do not guarantee that your country will.
