I have a discount code, how can I use it?

During the payment phase, just before buying the product, above the total order you will see in the box where you will be asked for the discount code. Simply add it and the discount will be applied automatically.

Can I use multiple discount codes?

No, you can only use one discount code per order.

How can I cancel an order?

During the first 12 hours when placing your order, please contact our customer service department directly from the contact section.

I have placed an order but 4 days have passed and I have not received the tracking number.

We will send you an email with the tracking number, if you have not received it before contacting us check the junk mail folder, “Spam”

What payment method can I use?

We accept PayPal and almost all major credit cards.

What currency to use in the store?

The currency will be according to geolocation. It will detect the one in your country.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Due to our discounts, shipping times are a bit longer and can sometimes take up to 3 weeks for orders from Europe. and 6 weeks for international orders. If after that time you have not obtained your order, do not hesitate to contact us.

How long does it take for the order to be shipped?

Our Management and Shipping Department will process the order and send them between 3 and 6 working days.

What happens if I receive a damaged or damaged product?

If you have received any damaged product, please contact our customer service and tell us what happened along with a photo or video of the product.

In 24/48 hours we will respond to you. In the event that it is damaged, we will send you a new one without charges, always using our return policies.

What if I’m not happy with my order?

We offer 14 days money back guarantee. Contact the customer service department, and we will send you the information to return the order. Shipping costs will always be borne by the buyer.

After these 14 days, no refund will be accepted.

Have I misdirected?

Once you have placed an order, the information goes directly to the shipping department which takes 2-3 working days to process it.

The shipping department will then send the tracking codes to data entry to update the tracking codes and send a shipping confirmation email to the customer.

Therefore, if you need to make any changes to your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service within 12 hours of placing the order and then we can take care of it.

Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to avoid lost mail or other mishaps.

NOTE: To all customers who provided a shipping address other than your permanent address, we will not be liable for lost or undelivered packages and/or if you moved out of the address you provided to us.We are also not responsible if Correos tries to deliver a package to your home and you are not there.
